ACME Solar secures 400 MW renewable energy project from SJVN

ACME Solar Holdings Ltd has bagged a 400 MW/1,800 MWh firm and dispatchable renewable energy project from SJVN at a tariff of INR 6.75 per unit for 25 years. The project, awarded through a Tariff-Based Competitive Bidding process, will combine 300 MW of solar power with 1,800 MWh of battery storage to deliver peak-time power. It will also be ACME Solar's first project to use Indian-made solar cells under ALMM List-II. JSW Energy commissions India's largest green hydrogen plant in Karnataka

JSW Energy has launched India's largest green hydrogen plant in Karnataka to supply clean hydrogen and oxygen to JSW Steel's low-carbon steel production. Developed under the Production Linked Incentive Scheme, the plant will provide 3,800 TPA of green hydrogen and 30,000 TPA of oxygen under a seven-year offtake agreement. The company also plans to supply significantly larger quantities of green hydrogen and oxygen by 2030.
