Nationally, Urban Vault now manages 2.60 million sq ft with over 45,000 seats and reported INR 120 crore turnover for 2024-25.
Realty firm Urban Vault has strengthened its presence in Pune by opening two new co-working centres, offering a combined 92,000 sq ft of office space and 2,500 seats to meet the growing demand for managed flexible workspaces.
The Bengaluru-based company said these additions increase its total Pune portfolio to 1.40 lakh sq ft across three centres, providing 3,500 seats in total. The new centres are located in Baner and Viman Nagar.
At Phoenix Fountainhead in Viman Nagar, Urban Vault has leased 42,000 sq ft of Grade-A office space, adding 1,200 seats. The centre has already attracted enterprise clients including Flexisales and Premier Energies. In Baner, the VJ Indiworks, Baner Central facility spans 50,000 sq ft and accommodates 1,300 seats, further enhancing its footprint in the micro-market.
Urban Vault's CEO, Amal Mishra, noted that Pune remains one of India's most resilient office markets, driven by IT, manufacturing, and startup ecosystems. He emphasized that the expansion reflects the company's focus on providing flexible, high-quality workspaces tailored to modern enterprise needs.
With this growth, Urban Vault now manages over 2.60 million sq ft nationally, covering more than 45,000 seats across Bengaluru, Pune, Gurgaon, and other key cities. The company reported a turnover of INR 120 crore for 2024?25.
