UP RERA has approved 15 new real estate projects across eight districts of Uttar Pradesh, involving an estimated investment of INR 2,434 crore. DLF Ltd has sold 221 super-luxury apartments worth about INR 16,000 crore in its premium residential project, 'The Dahlias,' located in Gurugram's DLF Phase 5.
