The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) is set to conduct an e?auction for premium plots in the Gomtinagar Extension area, including commercial, hospital, and group housing sites. The online portal for registration and bidding will open later this month, offering investors and developers easy access to the auction.

Two group housing plots on Butler Palace Road in Dalibagh, measuring 2,026 square metres and 2,097 square metres, have also been cleared for bidding, with reserve prices of INR 88,334 per square metre. These allocations reflect the LDA?s effort to provide a mix of residential and commercial development opportunities in the city?s rapidly expanding sectors.
The upcoming e?auction is expected to attract active participation, following strong interest in previous auctions. Investors and developers have increasingly sought plots in Gomtinagar Extension due to improved connectivity, growing commercial activity, and ongoing infrastructure developments in the area. The transparent online auction process is likely to enhance competitiveness and offer a fair chance for all bidders.
