SEPC Ltd has confirmed that it has resolved its long-standing arbitration issues with Hindustan Copper Ltd after both companies finalised a full and final settlement. The company reported that it will receive INR 30.45 crore under this agreement, closing all remaining claims and counterclaims linked to the earlier proceedings.

According to its exchange filing, SEPC stated that it had executed a formal settlement deed with Hindustan Copper, and the state-owned miner has acknowledged the settlement terms. The company added that HCL has also issued a supplementary work order valued at INR 72.5 crore for the ongoing vertical shaft sinking project awarded earlier. This additional work expands the overall scope and value of the project.
