Alliance City Developers marked a major growth phase last week with multiple project completions and new launches in Vile Parle (East). The developer achieved several significant milestones recently, demonstrating its focus on timely delivery and construction quality. Alliance Legacy in Matunga (East) received its Occupancy Certificate, while Alliance Eternis in Borivali (West) and Alliance Vista in Vile Parle (East) were granted full Completion Certificates, confirming that both projects are now structurally and legally complete. Meanwhile, Alliance Abhimanyu has reached the final stages before possession handover.
Capitalising on this progress, the company expanded its footprint in Vile Parle (East) by introducing two thoughtfully designed residential projects-22 Alliance House and Alliance Tanvi. These launches reflect the company's attempt to integrate global design cues with local sensibilities, offering 2BHK, 3BHK and 4BHK homes curated for one of Mumbai's most connected neighbourhoods.
Alliance Tanvi particularly highlights the developer's intent to create homes that feel personal and user-centric. The domestic airport (T1) can be accessed in about seven minutes. In roughly 10-15 minutes, residents may reach Mithibai College, Nanavati Hospital, Soho House Mumbai, Prithvi Theatre, Juhu Beach and Benne.
Ankita Luharuka, CEO of Alliance City Developers, mentioned earlier this week that 2025 had turned into a transformative year for the company, noting that securing the OC for Alliance Legacy and CCs for Alliance Eternis and Alliance Vista reaffirmed the firm's commitment to homebuyers. She added that the launch of Alliance Tanvi and 22 Alliance House in Vile Parle followed the receipt of IODs for both projects and aligned with the company's plan to deliver high-end residences in Mumbai's most accessible micro-markets.
