Rajasthan has approved a new industrial area in Dhuwala village, Bhilwara, spanning 82.60 hectares allocated to RIICO for structured development. The land allotment follows Rule 11A of the Rajasthan Industrial Area Allotment Rules, 1959, with a condition that only non-polluting industries operate there. The project is expected to boost local employment, attract private investment, and accelerate industrial and energy development across the state. Strengthening Bhilwara's status as an emerging industrial hub, the initiative reflects Rajasthan's ongoing strategy to expand sustainable industrial infrastructure and support economic growth in emerging regions.

The Rajasthan government has approved the development of a new industrial area in Dhuwala village of Bhilwara district to enhance local investment and create employment opportunities. Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma has sanctioned the allocation of 82.60 hectares of land in Mandal tehsil's Dhuwala village to the Rajasthan State Industrial Development and Investment Corporation (RIICO) for setting up the industrial zone.

The land allocation is being carried out under Rule 11A of the Rajasthan Industrial Area Allotment Rules, 1959, with a condition that only non-polluting industrial units will be established. Officials emphasized that the initiative aims to accelerate industrial and energy development in the state, attract private investment, and provide job opportunities for the local population.

The government noted that Bhilwara is gradually emerging as a significant industrial hub in Rajasthan, and this new facility is expected to strengthen its position further. RIICO's involvement ensures structured development, proper infrastructure, and compliance with environmental standards, reflecting the state's focus on sustainable industrial growth.

This initiative also aligns with Rajasthan's ongoing efforts to expand industrial infrastructure and support the establishment of modern, environmentally responsible industries. By prioritizing non-polluting units, the project balances industrial expansion with environmental considerations, creating a framework for long-term economic growth in the district.
