Nikhil Nanda, Chairman and Managing Director of Escorts Kubota Limited, has acquired a luxury apartment in Juhu for around INR 28 crore. The purchase was made in K Raheja Corp's Maestro project, a premium residential development located in one of Mumbai's most sought-after neighborhoods. According to property registration documents accessed by real estate research firm Liases Foras, the sale was formalized through an Agreement for Sale registered earlier this week.


The apartment covers 3,139 sq ft of carpet area and includes an additional 411 sq ft terrace, bringing the total to approximately 3,550 sq ft. The property also comes with three reserved car parking spaces. The registered value of the transaction is INR 28.39 crore, and the stamp duty paid amounted to INR 1.70 crore. The seller is K Raheja Corp Real Estate Pvt. Ltd.

The transaction was executed through Nikhil Nanda's sister, Nitasha Nanda, who acted as the Power of Attorney holder. Nikhil Nanda is married to Shweta Nanda, the daughter of Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan. His mother, Ritu Nanda, was the daughter of renowned filmmaker Raj Kapoor.

K Raheja Corp's Maestro project is expected to be completed by the end of 2026. The development offers approximately 1 lakh sq ft of premium saleable area. The residences are designed to provide panoramic views of the 300-acre Juhu Aerodrome on one side and the Arabian Sea on the other. The project is specifically tailored for high-net-worth individuals, including industrialists, CEOs, media professionals, and Bollywood personalities. The limited-edition homes reflect modern luxury standards with spacious layouts, premium amenities, and privacy for residents.
