Synopsis

IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd recorded a year-on-year increase in toll revenue for October, registering earnings of INR 682 crore compared to INR 624 crore in the same month last year. The company's toll collection included revenues from its sponsored InvITs & IRB InvIT Fund and IRB Infrastructure Trust. Among its 22 BOT and ToT assets, the IRB MP Expressway in Maharashtra and the Golconda Expressway in Hyderabad contributed the highest shares. IRB's Deputy CEO mentioned that the firm experienced solid growth despite extended monsoon conditions, with expectations of continued momentum ahead.

IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd reported a 9 per cent year-on-year increase in toll revenue for October, with total earnings amounting to INR 682 crore. The company had collected INR 624 crore in the same month last year, according to its exchange filing. The reported figure included toll revenue generated through IRB's two sponsored infrastructure investment trusts - the IRB InvIT Fund, which is publicly listed, and the privately held IRB Infrastructure Trust.

Among its 22 BOT and ToT assets, the IRB MP Expressway in Maharashtra made the largest contribution to total revenues, generating INR 150.5 crore in October compared to INR 142.6 crore during the corresponding month of the previous year. The IRB Golconda Expressway (Hyderabad ORR) followed as the second largest contributor with INR 73.8 crore, rising from INR 67 crore in the previous year. Similarly, the IRB Ahmedabad Vadodara Super Express Tollway contributed INR 73 crore in October, up from INR 66.2 crore recorded in the same month last year.

IRB's Deputy CEO, Amitabh Murarka, stated that the company's third quarter had commenced on a positive trajectory after a strong first half of FY26. He remarked that October had seen strong toll revenue growth across all assets under IRB Infra and its two InvITs despite the impact of an extended monsoon season. He added that with the monsoon now behind, the company anticipated sustained growth in traffic volumes in the coming months.

IRB Infrastructure's steady growth in toll revenues during October underscored the continued recovery in highway traffic volumes across its projects. The company's diversified portfolio, including its InvIT-linked assets, helped maintain consistent financial performance despite weather-related disruptions. With key routes such as the MP Expressway, Golconda Expressway, and Ahmedabad Vadodara corridor driving collections, IRB remains optimistic about maintaining its growth momentum in the upcoming months. As India's first multinational integrated transport infrastructure company, IRB continues to strengthen its position in the highways segment.
