Pioneer Urban Land and Infrastructure Ltd has recently purchased a 9,419 sq ft apartment in DLF's premium residential project, The Camellias, located in Gurugram. The deal, valued at INR 95 crore, was confirmed by real estate analytics firm CRE Matrix after reviewing the registration documents. The registration took place in the past month. Alongside this purchase, three additional residential properties, collectively worth about INR 176 crore, were also registered during the same period, highlighting the continued strength of Gurugram's ultra-luxury housing segment.

Realty company Pioneer Urban Land and Infrastructure Ltd has completed the acquisition of a 9,419 sq ft luxury apartment in DLF's flagship residential project, The Camellias, situated in Gurugram. According to real estate data analytics firm CRE Matrix, the transaction was valued at approximately INR 95 crore, and the registration was completed in the past month after the firm reviewed official documentation related to the sale.


CRE Matrix further revealed that during the same period, three other residential properties were registered, collectively amounting to nearly INR 176 crore in value. Sources indicated that the current market worth of these high-end residences would be considerably higher than the registered amounts.

Records show that a penthouse in The Camellias was initially booked in 2015 for INR 59 crore, with another penthouse being reserved around mid-2021. Of the four properties registered in the recent batch, two were identified as primary transactions while the remaining two were secondary market sales.

DLF's ultra-luxury project, The Camellias, has consistently witnessed some of the region's largest housing deals, driven by significant demand from ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNIs). A 16,290 sq ft penthouse in the project was sold late last year for INR 190 crore, marking one of the most expensive apartment transactions in the Gurugram region. Earlier this year, a British businessman also acquired an 11,416 sq ft apartment in the same development for INR 100 crore.

Capitalising on the remarkable success of The Camellias, DLF launched another super-luxury residential project, The Dahlias, at the same Gurugram location last year. Out of a total of 420 planned apartments, the developer has already sold 221 ultra-luxury flats, collectively worth nearly INR 16,000 crore.

DLF, recognised as the country's largest real estate company by market capitalisation, has developed more than 185 projects, encompassing a total area exceeding 352 million square feet across India.

The recent transaction by Pioneer Urban underlines the sustained appetite for premium residential assets in Gurugram's high-end real estate market. The Camellias continues to attract affluent buyers, cementing its reputation as one of India's most sought-after luxury addresses. With DLF's ongoing expansion through projects like The Dahlias, the company's dominance in the luxury housing segment appears firmly established. The series of record-breaking sales in The Camellias reflects the robust demand among UHNIs seeking exclusive, high-value properties in India's premium real estate landscape.
