Office-space provider Table Space has significantly expanded its presence in the NCR by leasing around 5.4 lakh sq ft of workspace. With these new commitments, the firm's portfolio in the NCR now exceeds 22 lakh sq ft, and it has added more than 3,000 ready-to-move-in seats under its 'Suites' format.
The newly leased locations include about 50,000 sq ft at Worldmark 4 in Delhi's Aerocity. In Gurugram, the company has committed around 85,000 sq ft across two floors at DLF Downtown in DLF City Phase-III; approximately 1.5 lakh sq ft across three floors at Godrej GCR on Golf Course Road; roughly 70,000 sq ft at Good Earth Business Bay II in Sector 58; and about 1.9 lakh sq ft across four floors at Atrium Place located on NH-8.
Historically, Table Space had been gradually expanding its footprint in the NCR region to meet growing demand for plug-and-play workspaces. This recent boost marks a sharper uptick in leasing activity, reflecting stronger tenant interest in larger configurable spaces. The new centres are intended to support firms looking for ready-to-use offices rather than constructing or customizing from scratch.
While the company did not disclose rental rates or tenant names in this announcement, the scale of the expansion underscores confidence in the NCR office-space recovery and the shift towards flexible and scalable workspace solutions.
