Smartworks Coworking Spaces Ltd has leased 5.57 lakh sq ft of office space in Mumbai to establish a large centre aimed at meeting the increasing corporate demand for flexible managed workspaces. The company announced that the campus is located at Intellion Park in Navi Mumbai, a development by Tata Realty and Infrastructure Ltd.


This will become Smartworks' largest managed office campus in Mumbai. With this addition, the company's total leased portfolio in the city has surpassed 10 lakh sq ft.

Neetish Sarda, Managing Director and Founder of Smartworks, stated that Mumbai remains a key market and enterprise demand is accelerating across sectors. He added that Intellion Park is designed to provide enterprises with scale, speed, and a comprehensive workplace experience under a single roof.

Sanjay Dutt, Managing Director and CEO of Tata Realty, remarked that the partnership reflects a shared vision to deliver world-class, future-ready work environments. He highlighted that Intellion Park is set to become Navi Mumbai's largest IT park, and with Smartworks' expertise in developing scalable, enterprise-grade campuses, the collaboration is expected to set new standards in the region's commercial real estate sector.

Currently, Smartworks has a portfolio of approximately 12 million sq ft across 14 cities in India and Singapore. The company primarily serves mid-to-large enterprises and has a diverse client base of over 730 companies, including Forbes 2000 firms, multinational corporations, Indian conglomerates, and startups.
