NAREDCO Maharashtra has formalised a Memorandum of Understanding with 41 Channel Partner associations spanning the Mumbai Metropolitan Region for the forthcoming Realtors Conclave, which forms part of the larger HOMETHON Property Expo 2025. The collaboration, bolstered by Hiranandani Communities and Labdhi Lifestyle, represents the largest-ever mobilisation of over 35,000 channel partners under a single platform.
This initiative aims to provide a consolidated sales and networking opportunity, opening access to lakhs of potential homebuyers. For the first time, the HOMETHON will host an International Pavilion that will display global residential projects, thereby enabling Indian HNIs, NRIs, and investors to explore overseas housing prospects while offering channel partners new avenues for international business.
The event is projected to target housing sales worth over INR 25,000 crore. More than 1,000 projects from leading developers will be presented, catering to every segment from affordable housing to high-end residences. The expo will feature developments across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, Panvel, Kalyan, Mira Road, Virar, Vasai, Raigad and extend to Pune, Nashik, and Nagpur. Visitors are expected to benefit from exclusive offers such as stamp duty waivers, registration discounts, special financing schemes, and unique home loan packages.
NAREDCO officials explained that the MoU has created a win-win situation for every stakeholder. Channel Partners will receive broader exposure, technological support, training, and international visibility. Developers will benefit from an organised CP network that can drive greater sales and brand expansion. Homebuyers, meanwhile, will gain from a curated and transparent property showcase that eases decision-making.
Prashant Sharma, President of NAREDCO Maharashtra, said the MoU represented a defining moment for HOMETHON 2025 and the real estate industry at large. He emphasised that bringing together 41 associations and empowering their members was about building an ecosystem that connected supply with demand, accelerated sales, and fuelled homeownership aspirations, while the International Pavilion extended this vision to a global scale.
A leading CP Association head remarked that the expo was a game-changer for their community. According to them, the chance to interact with leading developers, showcase projects across the region, and explore international opportunities was a bold move that would elevate CPs into global advisors.
The event is expected to draw over one lakh visitors during its three-day run, generating bookings, site visits, and renewed sentiment across Maharashtra's housing sector. Developers set to participate include Godrej Properties, Adani Realty, Raymond Realty, Sunteck Group, Runwal Realty, Mahindra Lifespace Developers, Hiranandani Group, and others. Financial institutions such as SBI, ICICI Bank, IDBI, Tata Capital, and Aditya Birla Housing Finance will also be present to facilitate home loan offerings for buyers.
