As a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sundaram Finance Ltd, the company expanded its operations by opening two new branches in Madhya Pradesh, highlighting its continued growth in the housing finance sector across India, offering various loan products for homes and properties.

Sundaram Home Finance Ltd has reported its financial results for the April-June 2025 quarter, showing a net profit of INR 62 crore. This figure represents a small decrease from INR 66 crore recorded in the same period last year.


Despite the slight dip in profit, the company saw an increase in disbursements, which are the loans it gave out. Disbursements rose to INR 1,488 crore from INR 1,353 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

Sundaram Home Finance's Assets Under Management (AUM) also grew notably. As of June 30, 2025, its AUM reached INR 18,027 crore, up from INR 14,533 crore on June 30, 2024. AUM is a key measure of a finance company's business size.

During this quarter, the company also expanded its operations in Madhya Pradesh by opening two new branches in Ratlam and Pithampur. Sundaram Home Finance, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sundaram Finance Ltd, offers various loan products including home loans, plot loans, and loans against property. It operates over 150 branches across India, showing its wide reach in the housing finance sector.
