ITC Hotels enters Kerala with boutique brand Storii through new partnership

Synopsis

ITC Hotels announced the signing of definitive agreements with Silvercastle Holidays and Resorts for the launch of its boutique brand, Storii by ITC Hotels, in Wayanad. The upcoming 62-room property, named Storii by ITC Hotels Wayanad Silverwoods, will be situated alongside the Banasura Sagar Dam. The agreement strengthens ITC Hotels' presence in Kerala and expands the reach of its boutique offering, marking Storii's debut in the state.

ITC Hotels recently confirmed that it had signed definitive agreements with Silvercastle Holidays and Resorts to develop a 62-room boutique property under the Storii by ITC Hotels brand. The project, named Storii by ITC Hotels Wayanad Silverwoods, will be located on the banks of the Banasura Sagar Dam in Wayanad, Kerala.


The signing marked the entry of Storii into Kerala and further enhanced ITC Hotels' regional footprint. According to Anil Chadha, Managing Director of ITC Hotels, Kerala's diverse landscapes and cultural richness made it a particularly attractive destination for the group's loyal customers. He expressed enthusiasm over the partnership with Silvercastle Holidays and Resorts and said that the new addition would further enrich the Storii portfolio.

Storii by ITC Hotels has been positioned as a collection of boutique properties, focusing on offering distinctive stays in unique destinations. With this signing, ITC Hotels continues to diversify its hospitality offerings. Currently, ITC Hotels Limited operates more than 140 properties across 90 destinations in India, comprising over 13,000 keys.

By choosing Wayanad, known for its scenic landscapes and cultural heritage, ITC Hotels is strengthening its presence in Kerala's hospitality sector. With a growing portfolio of over 140 hotels nationwide, this development signals continued strategic expansion by the group in the Indian hospitality landscape.
