Developed by experienced PDLC specialists, the framework combines Generative AI and conventional AI to provide a comprehensive solution that supports scalable and reusable outputs at every stage of product development from initial concept design to aftermarket support. PLxAI captures and applies existing organizational and tribal knowledge to deliver context-aware insights, helping teams make informed decisions and improving overall product engineering efficiency. The framework integrates smart prompting and contextual intelligence, enhancing product design, validation, and support processes.
So far, LTTS has deployed over 36 use cases across different stages of the PDLC, while another 35 use cases are in the design phase. These include innovation assistants for competitive benchmarking and technology scouting, design assistants for generating specifications, diagrams, and calculations, automated creation of Design Validation Plans and DFMEA templates, customizable Failure Mode and Effects Analysis generation using organizational templates, digital twin support for physical and virtual testing workflows, and agentic workflows that automate multi-step engineering tasks.
