Synopsis

In a high-value real estate transaction, Heena Lalwani, a promoter of Aatman Innovations Private Limited, has purchased a luxury apartment in Juhu, Mumbai, for INR 113.42 crore. The 9,862 sq. ft. property, located in the prestigious Avalon Tower by Lodha Developers, was registered on August 18, 2025. This deal, along with a similar high-ticket purchase in the same building earlier this year, highlights the continued demand for luxury properties in Mumbai's prime localities.

Mumbai's luxury real estate market continues to witness high-profile transactions, with the latest being the purchase of a sprawling apartment in Juhu. Heena Lalwani, a promoter of Aatman Innovations Private Limited, has acquired a luxury residence in the Avalon Tower for INR 113.42 crore, according to documents accessed from the Registration Department.

The apartment, located on the 10th floor of the building developed by Lodha Developers, spans 9,862 square feet. The per-square-foot price for the deal is approximately INR 1.15 lakh. The transaction also includes the rights to five car parking spaces within the building. The deal was officially registered on August 18, 2025, with a stamp duty of INR 6.80 crore and a registration fee of INR 30,000 being paid.

Aatman Innovations, the company promoted by Lalwani, is known for its involvement in the publishing, distribution, and marketing of books. This purchase is indicative of the robust demand for premium residential properties in Mumbai, particularly in sought-after areas like Juhu. It follows a similar transaction earlier this year, where Sahastraa Advisors Private Limited, a financial consulting firm, acquired a luxury apartment in the same Avalon Tower for INR 106.52 crore in January 2025. The area's reputation as a residential hub for Bollywood celebrities and other prominent individuals further fuels the high value of its real estate.
