Bollywood actress Kriti Sanon has acquired a luxurious duplex penthouse in the upscale Bandra west area of Mumbai. The property, located in the under-construction residential tower Supreme Prana in Pali Hill, was purchased for a staggering price of over INR 78.20 crore. This deal is considered one of the most expensive property acquisitions in the city's suburbs, with the cost per square foot coming in at approximately INR 1.18 lakh.


The sea-facing apartment spans a carpet area of 6,636 sq ft across the 14th and 15th floors of the building. The transaction details show that Kriti Sanon, with her mother listed as a joint owner, paid INR 3.91 crore in stamp duty. The total transaction value, including Goods & Services Tax (GST) and other charges, amounted to over INR 84.16 crore. The deal also included a 1% concession on stamp duty, a benefit offered to women homebuyers in Maharashtra.

Beyond the cost, the new property comes with a number of exclusive features. The actress will have access to an open terrace on the 15th floor, measuring 1,209 sq ft, and six dedicated car parking slots. This purchase is not Sanon's first major real estate investment, she also acquired a land parcel in Alibaug last year. Her latest acquisition is indicative of a broader trend among Bollywood celebrities to diversify their portfolios by investing in high-value real estate for both personal use and as a long-term financial asset.
