Brigade Hotel Ventures Ltd. has signed a pact with Marriott International, Inc. to manage six new hotels across four key markets in South India, adding 940 rooms to its portfolio. The hotels will be operated under five Marriott Bonvoy brands, including The Ritz-Carlton and JW Marriott. This agreement brings the company's total number of hotels managed by Marriott to eight, with a total of 1,388 keys. The pact reflects Brigade Enterprises' belief in the long-term potential of India's hospitality industry and its commitment to providing high-quality hotels to both business and leisure travelers.

Brigade Hotel Ventures Ltd., a hospitality company, has signed an agreement with Marriott International, Inc. to manage six new hotels across four key markets in South India. These hotels will add a total of 940 rooms to Brigade's portfolio. The agreement was signed on August 13, 2025, and brings the total number of hotels managed by Marriott for the company to eight, with a combined 1,388 keys.


The six new hotels will be managed under five Marriott Bonvoy brands: The Ritz-Carlton, JW Marriott, Marriott Hotels & Resorts, Courtyard by Marriott, and Fairfield by Marriott. The company is developing these six hotels in key markets, with two each in Bengaluru and Chennai, and another two in Kerala. These hotels are expected to be operational between the 2026-27 and 2029-30 fiscal years.

M. R. Jaishankar, Executive Chairman of Brigade Enterprises, stated that the company is deepening its long-standing relationship with Marriott International by adding six hotels to its portfolio. He added that each of these projects shows the company's belief in the long-term potential of the Indian hospitality industry and its commitment to providing thoughtfully designed, high-quality hotels to both business and leisure travelers.

Brigade Hotel Ventures Ltd. has a portfolio of nine operating hotels across Bengaluru, Chennai, Kochi, Mysuru, and GIFT City, with 1,604 keys. The company recently got listed on the stock exchanges after a successful INR 760 crore IPO. It reported a consolidated net profit of INR 7.16 crore in the first quarter of the current fiscal year, a significant improvement from the INR 5.78 crore net loss in the same period a year ago. Total income for the quarter also rose to INR 125.03 crore from INR 102.20 crore in the corresponding period of the preceding year.
