Saya Group has partnered with Carnation Hotels, a Lemon Tree Hotels subsidiary, to manage 336 BIZTOP Business Class Suites at the Saya SouthX project in Greater Noida West. Spanning floors 7 to 25, each 668 sq. ft. suite is designed for business travellers seeking high-quality serviced accommodation. Saya Group has recently entered into a strategic alliance with Carnation Hotels Pvt. Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels, one of India's leading hospitality brands. The venture seeks to cater to the growing demand for high-quality business accommodation among professionals, entrepreneurs, and corporate travellers in the region. Each BIZTOP suite, housed between the 7th and 25th floors of the project, spans an average area of 668 sq. ft. and is crafted to offer a refined balance of contemporary design, modern amenities, and professional-grade services.
Under this collaboration, Lemon Tree Hotels will manage these suites under the BIZTOP brand, ensuring the delivery of industry-leading service standards and operational excellence. The hospitality firm's established expertise is expected to bring seamless, hotel-grade efficiency to this business lodging offering.
According to Vikas Bhasin, Managing Director of Saya Group, the partnership with Lemon Tree Hotels aligns with the Group's vision of fusing operational efficiency with comfort. He expressed that with BIZTOP at Saya SouthX, the initiative was not merely about creating real estate but establishing purpose-driven business destinations.

Saya SouthX spans over 3 acres and comprises a built-up area of nearly 6.8 lakh sq. ft., featuring a vibrant mix of retail shops, fine dining outlets, food courts, a multiplex, gym, banquet spaces, an infinity pool, and now, premium business suites. The project is positioned to become a bustling commercial hub, with expectations of drawing over 50,000 footfalls daily and catering to a catchment of more than 5 lakh residents.
This development marks another milestone for Saya Group, which has already delivered around 5.37 million sq. ft. of residential real estate. The Group is also nearing the possession stage for approximately 2.37 million sq. ft. of commercial projects, strengthening its presence and credibility within the premium real estate segment.
