Synopsis

Ashiana Housing Ltd has reported an 83% surge in Q1 FY2025 sales bookings, reaching INR 430.97 crore, up from INR 235.32 crore in the same period last year. The company sold 5.95 lakh sq ft of residential space during April-June, compared to 4.42 lakh sq ft in Q1 FY2024. Known for its group housing projects and leadership in senior living developments, Ashiana continues to benefit from strong market demand and buyer confidence. This robust performance follows FY2024-25's total sales of INR 1,936.75 crore, highlighting sustained momentum for the Delhi-based developer and reflecting broader optimism in India's residential real estate market.

Ashiana Housing Ltd, a prominent realty firm, has announced a substantial rise in its sales bookings for the first quarter of the current fiscal year. The company's sales bookings, also known as pre-sales, jumped by 83 percent, reaching INR 430.97 crore. This figure is a significant increase from INR 235.32 crore recorded in the corresponding period a year ago, reflecting strong demand for its properties.

According to a recent regulatory filing, Ashiana Housing sold a total of 5.95 lakh square feet of area during the April-June period of the current fiscal year. This compares to 4.42 lakh square feet sold in the same period of the preceding year, indicating a notable increase in sales volume.

Delhi-based Ashiana Housing is recognized as one of the leading real estate developers in the country. The company focuses primarily on developing group housing projects, which involve the construction of multiple residential units within a planned complex. It also holds a significant position as a major player in the niche but growing market of senior living homes, catering to the specific needs of older adults.

This strong first-quarter performance builds on the company's momentum from the entire 2024-25 fiscal year, during which Ashiana Housing had reported property sales totaling INR 1,936.75 crore. The continued demand underscores the positive sentiment in India's real estate market, particularly within segments targeted by developers with established track records.
