The Aerotropolis City project spans 5,500 acres. It is envisioned as a modern integrated township designed to combine urban convenience with natural surroundings. The project will provide residential, commercial, and institutional spaces with modern infrastructure. It will be developed in phases, with the first phase focusing on 1,650 acres.
Development works for this phase have already been tendered out. These works include the construction of grid roads, laying of sewerage and drainage pipelines, tertiary water systems, and an underground power cable network. These are targeted for completion by April 2026.
The project's location is near Shaheed Bhagat Singh International Airport is a key feature. It is expected to complement existing Aero City and IT City developments in the area.
