Rustomjee Group has strengthened its presence in Thane with the launch of Tower D at La Vie, the fourth tower within its 8.5-acre gated enclave in the 100-acre integrated township. The township features a functioning fire station, Rustomjee Cambridge International School, an upcoming hospital, the Tri Mandir, and future commercial and retail spaces. Rustomjee Group expanded its presence in Thane this week with the launch of Tower D at La Vie. This new tower marks the fourth addition to the La Vie development, an 8.5-acre gated enclave situated within Rustomjee's integrated township spanning more than 100 acres. The township has been evolving as a self-sustained ecosystem, housing a fully operational fire station, Rustomjee Cambridge International School, an upcoming hospital, the Tri Mandir, and planned commercial and retail pockets. Mr Anupam Verma, CEO, Rustomjee Urbania, conveyed that the group's philosophy has always centred on developing communities that balance aspiration and accessibility. He expressed that La Vie represents this vision by combining design, functionality, and nature to shape a resort-like residential experience. According to him, the launch of Tower D reflects the company's intent to expand its footprint while reinforcing its approach to building integrated neighbourhoods that reshape urban living patterns.
Commenting on the partnership, Mr Ho Kiam Kheong, Chief Representative, India, Keppel Ltd., stated that their collaboration with Rustomjee integrates Keppel's experience in sustainable and innovative urban solutions with Rustomjee's insight into the Indian residential sector. He noted that both organisations aim to create communities defined by strong planning principles, smart infrastructure, and elevated lifestyle standards. La Vie, he added, showcases their shared vision for modern township development in Thane.
La Vie benefits from strong connectivity to key employment and commercial hubs. It is located close to Majiwada Junction, the Eastern Express Highway, Airoli, Navi Mumbai, and BKC. Its positioning is further enhanced by ongoing infrastructure projects such as Metro Line 4 and Line 5, the proposed Mumbai-Ahmedabad Bullet Train, the planned Thane-Borivali and Airoli-Dombivli tunnel roads, and the GMLR link.
