Synopsis

Jeh Aerospace has launched its second manufacturing facility in Telangana with an investment of USD 50 million (around INR 445 crore), aiming to meet growing global demand for its precision aerospace components. The Mach 2 facility, spread across 2 lakh sq.ft at Horizon Industrial Park, Hyderabad, will nearly quadruple the company's existing footprint in the city and enhance automation and supply-chain resilience. With an orderbook exceeding USD 150 million in 18 months, Jeh Aerospace continues its rapid growth, building on its first unit inaugurated near Hyderabad last year.

Aerospace and defence manufacturing startup Jeh Aerospace recently launched its second manufacturing unit in Telangana, announcing plans to invest USD 50 million (around INR 445 crore) in the facility over the next 6-12 months. The move highlights the company's rapid growth, with its current orderbook surpassing USD 150 million in just 18 months, reflecting strong global demand for its precision components.

The new facility, named Mach 2, is spread over 2 lakh sq.ft at the Horizon Industrial Park near Hyderabad. It is designed to significantly enhance production capacity, accelerate automation, and strengthen digital supply-chain resilience for international clients. The company expects the unit to be operational next year.

Jeh Aerospace had inaugurated its first manufacturing unit near Hyderabad in January last year. That facility covers 60,000 sq.ft and has expansion potential up to 1.60 lakh sq.ft. With the addition of Mach 2, the company's total manufacturing footprint in Hyderabad will exceed 2.5 lakh sq.ft, nearly quadrupling its earlier capacity.

Vishal Sanghavi, Founder and CEO of Jeh Aerospace, stated that the new Hyderabad facility is being built as a software-defined, AI-augmented system capable of thinking, adapting, and executing with precision at scale. He emphasized that the future of aerospace manufacturing lies at the intersection of talent, technology, and transformation.

The expansion underscores Jeh Aerospace's ambition to strengthen its presence in India's aerospace sector while meeting rising international demand for precision-engineered components.
