Saya Piazza, Saya Group's flagship high-street mall in Jaypee Wishtown, Noida, has received its Occupancy Certificate, marking the project ready for handover. Spread across 2 lakh sq. ft., it features 1.5 lakh sq. ft. of premium retail, 50,000 sq. ft. of dining and entertainment zones, and nearly 350 shops including over 100 international brands. Positioned opposite the Jaypee Golf Course, the mall is set to become the township's first organised lifestyle hub. Saya Group has announced that its flagship high-street mall, Saya Piazza, at Jaypee Greens, Sector 131, Noida Expressway, has received the Occupancy Certificate (OC). With this approval, the project is ready for handover and is positioned to redefine retail, dining, and lifestyle offerings along the Noida Expressway. The construction adhered strictly to approved architectural plans and layout, with all fire, electrical, and environmental safety norms fully complied with. As the township's exclusive commercial hub, it is expected to attract significant footfall from residents who previously lacked integrated shopping and dining options within the area. Spread across 2 lakh sq. ft., the mall offer around 50,000 sq. ft. is dedicated to dining, food courts, and entertainment zones, while 1.5 lakh sq. ft. will host nearly 350 premium retail outlets. The development will feature more than 100 international apparel brands, premium clubs, fine-dining restaurants, and lifestyle services under a single roof.
Mr. Vikas Bhasin, Managing Director of Saya Group, said that receiving the OC is a significant milestone. He highlighted that Saya Piazza is conceived not just as a shopping destination but as a vibrant lifestyle hub integrating retail, dining, and entertainment.
