Realty company House of Swamiraj has announced plans to invest INR 230 crore in new housing developments across Delhi-NCR and Goa. The Delhi-NCR project will be situated along the Yamuna Expressway. Jason Samuel, Founder of House of Swamiraj, mentioned that both projects will feature smart homes incorporating the latest technologies, aiming to enhance convenience and modern living standards for residents.
Earlier in September, the company had entered into a development agreement worth INR 180 crore with Thane-based housing societies, Prakash CHS and Sargam CHS. This deal involves developing a residential project on a 2,000-square-metre plot in Thane West, reflecting the company's continued expansion in key urban markets.
With its entry into Goa and Delhi-NCR, House of Swamiraj is extending its footprint beyond its existing markets, demonstrating a strategic focus on high-growth regions in India's housing sector.
