AU Real Estate has taken over the selling rights for Aspire Leisure Valley in Greater Noida West as part of an INR 1,069 crore transaction with NBCC, which also covers Aspire Centurion Park. The move follows the company's acquisition of selling rights for Aspire Silicon City earlier this year for INR 1,467.93 crore. The newly launched project has been introduced at an initial rate of INR 7,979 per sq. ft., offering spacious 3BHK homes and enhanced lifestyle amenities under the AUSI Life model. Strong connectivity, community spaces, and sustainability credentials further elevate its positioning.
AU Real Estate has acquired the selling rights for Aspire Leisure Valley Phase 2 from NBCC (India) Ltd. as part of an INR 1,069 crore agreement that also includes Aspire Centurion Park. The deal adds to AU Real Estate's earlier acquisition of Aspire Silicon City, which it had secured earlier this year for INR 1,467.93 crore.
Following the acquisition, the company has introduced Aspire Leisure Valley in Greater Noida West at an opening price of INR 7,979 per sq. ft. This launch reinforces AU Real Estate's strategy of expanding its presence in high-growth micro-markets with offerings designed around customer experience and aspirational living.
Ashish Agarwal, Director at AU Real Estate, stated that the vision for Aspire Leisure Valley is centred on elevating everyday living, adding that the integration of the company's AUSI Life philosophy in a well-connected location is intended to create an inclusive, contemporary, and family-oriented residential environment.
Aspire Leisure Valley forms part of NBCC Leisure Valley and is situated in Techzone IV, Greater Noida West. It is positioned a minute's drive from D-Mart and roughly ten minutes from Central Noida, offering strong locational convenience. The project features residential towers with 3BHK layouts measuring 2,176 sq. ft. and 2,188 sq. ft.
The development will follow the AUSI Life framework, comprising Aqua Zones, Undercroft Areas, Sports Zones, and Interactive Zones that are curated to promote recreation, community bonding, and overall well-being. Residents will also have access to a G+2 community centre designed with wellness facilities, fitness areas, recreational zones, and spaces for social engagement.
