Atul Projects has begun acquiring redevelopment rights for a 2.76-acre premium land parcel in Borivali (West), situated along the high-demand SV Road corridor. The scheme carries an estimated Gross Development Value of nearly INR 750 crore and is planned to feature a luxury mix of 2, 3 and 4-bedroom residences designed for families, end-users and investors seeking long-term value, improved connectivity and high-quality amenities in a mature suburban market. The project has been positioned to enhance the residential fabric of Borivali West with contemporary design and upscale facilities.


Aakash Patel, Managing Director at Atul Projects, observed that the partnership represented a significant advancement in the company's redevelopment portfolio. He noted that Borivali (West) displayed the core characteristics of a robust residential micro-market, including connectivity, lifestyle infrastructure and stable buyer interest, and stated that the company intended to deliver thoughtfully designed homes that raise the benchmark for luxury living while generating durable value for both residents and investors.

The land parcel lies adjacent to SV Road, a major transit and lifestyle spine in the western suburbs, offering strong accessibility and established social infrastructure.
