Jaypee Infratech Limited has received Occupancy Certificates for five more towers at its Kensington Boulevard Apartments project in New Delhi, covering 423 residential units. With this approval, the developer has now secured certificates for 31 towers comprising 3,135 homes, marking steady progress in project delivery. Applications have also been submitted for 11 additional towers with over 1,000 units, with approvals expected soon. The company said it remains focused on meeting timelines outlined in its resolution plan and fulfilling homebuyer commitments. Under the current management, construction activity has accelerated, with tenders awarded for all remaining towers and work progressing to enable timely handovers.

Jaypee Infratech Limited has announced that it has received the Occupancy Certificate for five additional towers of its Kensington Boulevard Apartments residential project in New Delhi. The newly certified towers—numbered 1, 5, 6, 12 and 14—comprise a total of 423 units. With these approvals, the company has now secured Occupancy Certificates for 31 towers comprising 3,135 units, representing around one-fifth of the total homes slated for delivery under the ongoing development.


The developer has also submitted applications for the Occupancy Certificate for 11 more towers accounting for 1,078 units and indicated that it anticipates receiving approvals for these towers in the near term.

Jash Panchamia, Executive Director of Jaypee Infratech, remarked that the company remained focused on meeting customer expectations and was working consistently to adhere to the timelines set out in its resolution plan. He noted that securing the latest batch of certificates formed an important step towards fulfilling its delivery commitments and that the company intended to complete handovers for all pending units as scheduled.

Jaypee Infratech’s current management, which assumed control in the middle of last year, has been working to accelerate progress across the entire project. The company stated that tenders had been issued and contracts awarded for all remaining towers. Several structures have already received their occupancy approvals, while construction and finishing work for the outstanding towers is continuing at pace to meet the stipulated timelines.
