Vishal Gupta elected president of CREDAI-NCR, new team announced

Vishal Gupta has been elected president of CREDAI-NCR, with a new Executive Committee and Governing Council now in place. The leadership team, including five vice-presidents, a secretary, and a joint secretary, will focus on engaging with authorities, addressing regulatory and policy challenges, and promoting reforms for a modern and sustainable real estate sector. CREDAI represents over 15,000 real estate developers across India, making it a key voice in the industry.

Vishal Gupta, managing director of Ashiana Housing, has been appointed as the new president of the National Capital Region (NCR) chapter of the Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI). The organization recently announced the formation of its new Executive Committee (EC) and Governing Council (GC).


Alongside Gupta, Anil Kumar Gupta, Dinesh Gupta, Gaurav Gupta, Manish Agarwal, and Vineet Kanwar have been elected as vice-presidents. Nikhil Hawelia has taken charge as secretary, while Arpit Goel has been appointed joint secretary of CREDAI-NCR.

Speaking about his new role, Gupta emphasized that the Governing Board is committed to working with accountability and proactive collaboration with government authorities and industry stakeholders. He stated that the team would focus on addressing industry-critical matters, resolving policy bottlenecks, and tackling ongoing regulatory challenges.

Gupta also highlighted the importance of reforms aimed at building a modern, sustainable, and robust real estate sector. CREDAI, the apex body representing real estate developers across India, currently has a membership exceeding 15,000 developers.
