Over the past year, Brick & Bolt completed more than 10,000 units and expanded its total construction footprint to 5.01 million sq. ft., emerging as one of the country’s largest players in custom homebuilding. The company reported a surge in demand from both individual homeowners and institutional clients—momentum that it plans to support through aggressive operational scaling and enhanced technology integration. Its offline presence also grew with the opening of new experience centres in Gurugram and Chennai, designed to offer homeowners an interactive environment for planning and designing their projects.
One of the company’s most notable developments in 2025 was the introduction of the Smart Cost Calculator, a digital tool aimed at providing homeowners with precise cost predictions and enabling more informed decision-making. The launch of Advantix, its commercial construction arm, marked another crucial step forward, offering integrated advisory, planning, design, and execution services for institutional and commercial projects.
Leadership expansion continued with the appointment of Mr Abhinandan Narayan as Chief Business Officer, tasked with steering strategic growth across new markets and verticals.
