The company achieved approximately INR 427 crore in day-one sales, with homebuyers rapidly absorbing 324 units representing 1.94 lakh sq ft of carpet area. This reflects an 81% sell-out against the 2.40 lakh sq ft of launched inventory, marking one of the fastest sales turnarounds in Vikhroli and its surrounding markets.
