Embassy Developments reported a strong market response to Embassy Greenshore, its newly launched premium residential project at Embassy Springs in North Bengaluru, securing bookings worth around INR 860 crore within five days. The 14-acre development includes 878 larger-format apartments across two phases, targeting upper-mid-segment buyers seeking spacious layouts and master-planned community living.
Embassy Developments said earlier this week that its newly launched premium residential project, Embassy Greenshore, has received an exceptional response from homebuyers, recording bookings worth nearly INR 860 crore within five days of launch. The project forms part of Embassy Springs, described as North Bengaluru's largest planned township.
Spread across approximately 14 acres and covering 1.55 million sq ft of saleable area, Embassy Greenshore comprises 878 apartments in 2, 3 and 4 BHK formats, delivered in two phases. The first phase features 700 units across 1.34 million sq ft. According to the developer, the project is aimed at upper-mid-segment homebuyers who prefer larger-than-usual apartment layouts, a category that remains limited in this micromarket.
The master plan emphasises privacy, with the company stating that no homes directly overlook one another. Residents will have access to a dedicated three-acre central park, multiple leisure zones and an extensive podium-level amenity spread. These elements, alongside premium finishes including marble flooring and walk-in wardrobe spaces in select units, position the project as an 'affordable luxury' residential offering within the broader North Bengaluru market.
The developer highlighted the township-level advantages of Embassy Springs, including social infrastructure such as Embassy Academy, a CBSE-affiliated school, landscaped open areas and proximity to key employment clusters. The location's connectivity to Kempegowda International Airport has further contributed to demand from both end-users and investors.
Commenting on the project's performance, Reeza Sebastian Karimpanal, Chief Revenue Officer - Residential at Embassy Developments, observed that the response demonstrates a rising preference for spacious homes offering comfort, refinement and design-led planning. She noted that Phase 2, which will include a premium tower, is scheduled for launch by January 2026.
The company added that Embassy Greenshore's successful debut follows the recent sell-out of Embassy Paradiso within the same township. Embassy Developments stated that this momentum underscores its strengthened position in the North Bengaluru residential market and aligns with its broader expansion strategy across key Indian cities.
