The evaluation covered key Vastu parameters such as site orientation, master layout structure, zoning of facilities, internal spatial configuration and the positioning of entrances, ensuring that the project aligns with traditional Vastu principles while catering to modern residential needs.
The assessment blended classical Vastu Shastra approaches with the functional requirements of a contemporary premium development, reflecting the developer’s commitment to creating environments that support healthier lifestyles.
The project draws inspiration from the five elements—Prithvi, Jal, Vayu, Agni and Akash—with the design intended to promote stability, vitality and overall well-being. This nature-led approach aligns closely with the project’s broader wellness positioning within the Dwarka Expressway micro-market.
