InnKey has partnered with Marriott International to implement its cloud-native enterprise hospitality platform across the Series by Marriott portfolio in India. The phased deployment covers 84 operational hotels and 31 under development, with future expansion planned for other emerging markets. InnKey, described as one of India's leading hospitality technology platforms, has partnered with Marriott International to power the hotel group's new Series by Marriott brand across India. The arrangement, announced earlier this week, will be introduced in phases across 84 operational hotels and a pipeline of 31 properties, with plans to extend the rollout to additional emerging markets. Series by Marriott is positioned as a global collection of regional, independent brands offering locally rooted experiences backed by Marriott's operating standards. As part of the agreement, InnKey's cloud-native Property Management System will support front-of-house functions and integrate with Marriott systems including the Bonvoy loyalty platform and the Central Reservation System. Its mobile-first approach is expected to streamline processes throughout the guest journey.
Viral Shah, Founder and CEO of InnKey, said the partnership underscored the company's ambition to redefine the relationship between hospitality and technology, while demonstrating the global potential of India-built platforms. Ashish Kale, Vice President IT for Asia Pacific (excluding China), noted that deploying a seamless cloud-based stack would improve operational efficiency and provide teams with real-time insights to elevate service delivery.
InnKey stated that the platform will give Series by Marriott hotels chain-level intelligence, real-time connectivity and operational agility, allowing each property to retain local character while maintaining brand-wide consistency. Rohan Shah, Co-Founder, highlighted the joint effort to build secure, fully encrypted integrations that comply with global standards.
For InnKey, the development marks a key milestone in its objective to create globally trusted hotel technology. Its recently unveiled brand identity reflects this direction, with a focus on operational efficiency, data-driven decision-making and an enhanced guest experience.
