Hexaware Technologies has expanded its global delivery network with the launch of a new centre in Cairo, opening with a 100-member team to support clients across Egypt, the Middle East and key European markets. The facility, located in a major technology hub, will offer multilingual CX services and form part of the company's wider strategy to build digital-first delivery locations.
Hexaware Technologies has added a new delivery centre to its global network by establishing operations in Cairo earlier this week, marking its formal entry into Egypt. The facility, which begins with around 100 professionals, has been designed to support customers across Egypt, the Middle East and several European markets.
The centre is located in one of Cairo's key technology parks and will provide multilingual customer experience services in Arabic, English and major European languages. The city's strong education ecosystem, access to international language capabilities and favourable time zone have been key drivers behind choosing Cairo as a delivery location. The company is also working with local universities to create a long-term talent pipeline.
Amrinder Singh, President and Head of EMEA & APAC, said the Cairo hub represented a strategic expansion, offering access to skilled talent and modern infrastructure to better support regional clients. Shyam Mansukhani, Corporate VP and COO, noted that Hexaware viewed Cairo as a long-term commitment, highlighting its potential to enhance innovation and delivery resilience.
The new centre will operate on Hexaware's AI-led delivery framework, which combines generative AI, analytics and automation with human expertise. It aligns with the company's broader strategy to build modern, digital-first hubs across global markets, including those focused on customer experience.
Hexaware's move into Cairo reinforces its ambition to broaden its delivery footprint across high-potential markets while tapping into Egypt's emerging position as a hub for digital operations. With a multilingual workforce, a university-linked talent pipeline and an AI-enabled delivery model, the company expects the new centre to strengthen service continuity for regional and European clients. The expansion also reflects a wider industry shift towards geographically diversified, digitally capable customer experience hubs. As Hexaware continues to scale its operations globally, the Cairo centre is set to play a central role in its long-term delivery strategy.
