Piramal Realty has completed Phase 1 of Piramal Revanta, its 12-acre residential project in Mulund, after Tower 4 received its Occupation Certificate. All four towers in the phase are now delivered, with over 1,100 homes handed over. The developer has also opened Club RASA, a 20,000 sq. ft. wellness and community hub, along with amenities such as a pool, landscaped courts, an amphitheatre and play areas. Attention now shifts to Phase 2 (Vana), which includes Towers 5 and 6 and a second clubhouse, Club RAHA. Along with handovers for more than 1,100 homes, the developer has also delivered Club RASA, a 20,000 sq. ft. wellness and community-focused clubhouse. Other delivered amenities include a swimming pool, landscaped courts, an amphitheatre, and children's play areas. With Phase 1 complete, the focus now shifts to Phase 2 (Vana), which includes the newly launched Towers 5 and 6. This phase will add Club RAHA, a 10,000 sq. ft. clubhouse, and additional ground-level amenities designed to further enhance community life within the development.
Piramal Revanta overlooks nearly 25,000 acres of Sanjay Gandhi National Park and offers seamless connectivity through the Eastern Express Highway, LBS Road, the upcoming Goregaon-Mulund Link Road (GMLR), and expanding metro routes.
