The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) is set to host EXCON 2025, a four-day construction equipment exhibition, in Bengaluru starting December 9. Recognized as South Asia's largest event of its kind, EXCON 2025 aims to highlight the country's growing leadership in construction equipment and advanced manufacturing.
Among the key exhibitors, Mother India Forming (MIF) will demonstrate India's capabilities in precision sheet-metal cold-roll forming, a technology that is central to next-generation equipment and component design. Dhirendra Sankhla, Director at MIF, emphasized that this technology not only reflects the strength of Indian engineering but also showcases the nation's ability to produce high-performance structural systems consistently for global original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).
MIF provides a wide range of products, including high-strength cabins, welded assemblies, tubular and roll-formed profiles, and modular systems across sectors such as construction equipment, mining, agriculture, material handling, railways, commercial vehicles, warehousing, defence, solar and renewable energy, logistics, and industrial systems. The company operates a fully integrated manufacturing ecosystem where cold-roll forming, fabrication, finishing, and powder coating are completed seamlessly under one roof.
To reinforce its commitment to sustainability, MIF is expanding its renewable energy capacity, increasing captive solar power from 150 kilowatts to 1.25 megawatts, aligning its operations with greener manufacturing practices.
