NBCC Ltd received a series of new contracts across Ghaziabad, Kanpur, Lucknow and Delhi, strengthening its project management and construction portfolio. The company secured a major redevelopment contract valued at INR 642.82 crore from the Ghaziabad Development Authority for the Tulsi Niketan project. It also received two construction orders from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, along with renovation work from the National Forensic Science University and the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. These projects reflect ongoing public-sector investment in redevelopment and institutional infrastructure while expanding NBCC's operational pipeline.

NBCC Ltd has received several new work orders from different government bodies and professional institutions, adding to its ongoing project portfolio. The company announced mid-week that it was awarded a major project management consultancy assignment by the Ghaziabad Development Authority for the redevelopment of Tulsi Niketan. The order is valued at INR 642.82 crore and marks one of the larger redevelopment mandates given to the firm in recent months.

The company also received two separate construction contracts from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. One order, valued at INR 4.42 crore, is for building the new premises of the ICSI Kanpur Chapter at Shatabdi Nagar in Uttar Pradesh. The second order, worth INR 7.14 crore, relates to the construction of the new building for the ICSI Lucknow Chapter at Gomti Nagar.

In addition, NBCC was selected by the National Forensic Science University for the renovation of its guest house at the Delhi campus. This contract is priced at INR 6.95 crore. Another institutional order came from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, which assigned NBCC renovation and related works across its various chapters for a total value of INR 4.05 crore.

NBCC has historically focused on project management consultancy and real estate development, and these new assignments reflect continuing demand from public-sector and institutional clients for redevelopment and infrastructure-linked work.
