91Springboard has strengthened its South India footprint by launching new hubs in Bengaluru and Chennai, adding over 1 lakh sq. ft. of flexible workspace and around 2,500 seats. The company now operates 13 hubs across the region and plans to add another 1.5 lakh sq. ft. by FY 2025-26. The expansion follows strong demand and the successful opening of its first Chennai centre earlier this year. The new hubs, set to open by early 2026, are located in premium, well-connected business parks with modern amenities. CEO Anshu Sarin said the company remains focused on delivering flexible, customer-centric workspaces as flexible offices continue to gain prominence in South India.
91Springboard has expanded its South India presence with the launch of two new hubs-one in Bengaluru and another in Chennai. Together, the hubs account for more than 1 lakh sq. ft. of premium flexible workspace and offer roughly 2,500 seats. The company indicated that these additions represent an important step in its regional expansion strategy and reinforce its commitment to supporting South India's evolving business landscape. Both hubs are located in A-grade corporate parks with modern infrastructure.
Catering to Global Capability Centres, large corporations, MSMEs and rapidly scaling startups, 91Springboard now operates 13 hubs across South India, covering nearly 6 lakh sq. ft. The company stated that it intends to add another 1.5 lakh sq. ft. of workspace in the region by the end of FY 2025-26, in response to sustained demand. Both new hubs are expected to become operational by early 2026.
The announcement follows 91Springboard's entry into the Chennai market earlier this year. After the strong performance of its first centre in the city, the company accelerated its regional expansion plan and moved ahead with another launch within a short period. Since the beginning of 2025, the flex space provider has opened 14 hubs across major business locations including Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai, Delhi NCR and Bengaluru. Combined, these centres occupy over half a million sq. ft., with recent additions in Hiranandani Business Park, LightHall in Andheri East (Mumbai), DLF World Trade Park (Gurugram), Baner in Pune, Prius Platinum in Saket (Delhi), Magnum Global Park and Building 6 in DLF Cyber City (Gurugram).
Commenting on the expansion, Anshu Sarin, CEO of 91Springboard, conveyed that the company was in a decisive phase of consistent, purpose-led growth. Sarin added that whether entering new markets such as Chennai or widening its presence in Bengaluru, the focus remained on offering frictionless and customer-centric workspaces designed to help businesses prosper. The leadership reiterated that the firm aimed to deliver inspiring environments built around flexibility, service quality and operational efficiency. According to Sarin, the newly launched hubs demonstrate this commitment by blending functional excellence with an elevated workspace experience.
In Bengaluru, the new hub is situated within Helios Business Park, an iconic commercial campus certified as Asia's first WELL-certified development. The park carries multiple sustainability accreditations including USGBC Platinum, IGBC certification and a LEED Gold rating. Spanning almost 56,000 sq. ft., the centre sits along the Outer Ring Road and within close proximity to the Kadubeesanahalli Metro Station. The campus features shared amenities such as a large food court, cafe, creche and gym. Additional facilities within a short radius include hospitals, pharmacies, restaurants and entertainment options, enhancing its positioning as a prime business location.
The Chennai centre is located within Olympia Cyberspace in Guindy, a key commercial district. The development incorporates LEED-aligned and IGBC-compatible design features focusing on sustainability, energy efficiency and water conservation. Spreading across nearly 50,000 sq. ft., the hub holds a WELL rating and offers an in-house gym, alongside easy access to nearby pharmacies such as Apollo and MedPlus. The larger premises include a food court, while the neighbourhood provides supermarkets, shopping malls, healthcare facilities and a cinema. The building is positioned around 7.5 km from both the international and domestic airports and is conveniently connected to the Guindy Metro, suburban rail and bus networks.
91Springboard's latest expansion highlights the growing prominence of flexible office formats in India's corporate ecosystem, especially in South India where GCCs and high-growth companies continue to cluster.
