Synopsis

IndiGo has expanded its domestic network from Navi Mumbai International Airport by announcing new routes and additional frequencies to strengthen regional connectivity. The airline will start daily flights to Coimbatore and Chennai from 29 December 2025, introduce five-times-weekly flights to Vadodara from 30 December 2025, and increase flights to North Goa to five a week from 26 December 2025. These additions build on IndiGo's earlier launches from the newly opened airport, which is gradually becoming an important secondary aviation hub for the Mumbai region. Bookings for all new flights are now open.

IndiGo has expanded its domestic operations from Navi Mumbai International Airport (NMIA) by adding new routes and increasing service frequencies on some sectors. The airline aims to strengthen regional access as the airport continues to receive more flight options since its launch.

The airline will begin daily flights between NMIA and Coimbatore and between NMIA and Chennai starting 29 December 2025. These routes are expected to support increasing demand from passengers who travel frequently between Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu for work, education, and trade.

From 30 December 2025, IndiGo will also introduce a five-times-weekly service between NMIA and Vadodara. This new connection is expected to ease travel between Mumbai's satellite region and Gujarat's industrial and business clusters.

The airline has also increased connectivity to leisure destinations. The NMIA-North Goa sector will operate five flights a week beginning 26 December 2025, improving travel choices during the peak holiday period. These frequency additions follow IndiGo's earlier set of route launches from NMIA, reflecting consistent growth in the airport's flight network.

Navi Mumbai International Airport, which opened recently, is gradually becoming a supplementary hub to the city's main airport. IndiGo was among the first airlines to begin operations there, and the airline has continued to add more flights as part of its broader domestic expansion plan. All bookings for the newly introduced routes and enhanced frequencies are available on IndiGo's website and mobile application
