By expanding its footprint in key states, Juniper Green Energy continues to support India's clean energy transition and strengthen the development of wind, solar, and hybrid energy infrastructure.
Juniper Green Energy recently announced the commissioning of 64 MW of renewable energy capacity across Gujarat and Maharashtra, marking a significant milestone for its ongoing projects in the two states. These capacities are part of two key initiatives aimed at strengthening the company's presence in India's renewable energy sector.
In Gujarat, Juniper Green Energy, through its subsidiary Juniper Green Kite Pvt Ltd, has commissioned 28 MW of wind power from its 70 MW wind project in Devbhumi Dwarka. This development is part of a broader effort to expand wind energy infrastructure in the state, which has long been a hub for renewable energy.
In Maharashtra, the company commissioned 36 MWp of solar capacity from its 133 MWp hybrid project in District Nanded, via its subsidiary Juniper Green Spark Ten Pvt Ltd. The hybrid project combines wind and solar technologies to optimize energy generation and provide a more stable power supply. These projects reflect the company's strategy to invest in large-scale, diversified renewable energy solutions that meet growing energy demands in India.
Juniper Green Energy is an independent renewable energy power producer focused on the development, construction, and operation of utility-scale solar, wind, and hybrid projects. Over the past few years, the company has steadily expanded its portfolio across multiple states, contributing to India's transition to cleaner energy and supporting national renewable energy targets.
