The Mumbai Metro Rail Corporation (MMRC) has partnered with Cityflo to introduce dedicated feeder bus services for Metro Line 3, enhancing first and last-mile connectivity. The services currently operate from Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC) and Worli, linking key business and residential hubs such as NSE, Jio Garden, Kamala Mills, and One Indiabulls Centre. Plans are underway to extend routes to Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CSMT). Buses run every 10 minutes during peak hours with affordable fares and digital ticketing through Cityflo and MetroConnect3 apps, ensuring smooth, convenient travel for daily commuters.

Currently, feeder buses operate from Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC) and Worli. The BKC route connects commuters to major destinations including NSE, Jio Garden, One BKC, and the Family Court. The Worli route links passengers to Century Mills, One Indiabulls Centre, Kamala Mills, and Peninsula Corporate Park. MMRC has plans to extend the service to Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CSMT), covering areas such as Old Custom House, Lions Gate, S.P. Mukherjee Chowk, K.C. College, and Churchgate Metro station.
The buses run at intervals of every 10 minutes during peak hours, ensuring commuters have reliable and timely options. Fares are set at INR 29 per ride, with a monthly pass available for INR 499, making it cost-effective for regular travelers. Tickets can be purchased through the Cityflo and MetroConnect3 apps, providing a smooth digital experience.
R Ramana, Director (Planning & Real Estate Development) at MMRC, highlighted the significance of dependable first and last-mile services, explaining that the Cityflo feeder buses aim to ensure convenience right up to commuters' doorsteps. Cityflo CEO Jerin Venad noted that the service is a step toward creating an integrated, sustainable, and tech-enabled urban mobility system in Mumbai.
The collaboration represents a key effort to strengthen Mumbai's public transport network. By connecting metro stations to prominent business and residential areas, MMRC and Cityflo are helping commuters save time, reduce travel stress, and encourage more people to rely on public transport.
