Shesh Rao Paplikar, Founder and CEO of BHIVE Workspace, stated that the launch of this new centre aims to cater to the growing demand for premium flexible office spaces among corporates, enterprises, and Global Capability Centres. He added that this expansion strengthens BHIVE's footprint in Bengaluru's business corridor and offers exceptional accessibility through nearby areas such as HSR Layout and the upcoming Blue Line metro route, which will further enhance connectivity for professionals commuting to the area.

The Bellandur region, situated strategically on the Outer Ring Road, has emerged as a preferred destination for IT companies, start-ups, and multinational enterprises.
