Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate (SPRE) has joined forces with Fortis Memorial Research Institute (FMRI) to ensure residents of its Gurugram housing projects have easy access to quality healthcare services. The collaboration covers two projects Joyville Gurugram in Sector 102 and The Dualis in Sector 46. FMRI, a multi-super-speciality quaternary care hospital, will equip, staff, and manage medical centres, while SPRE will provide the necessary infrastructure to host these facilities.
The medical centres will offer residents and their families access to high-quality primary healthcare and wellness programmes. Residents can benefit from complimentary services such as vitals monitoring, first aid, dressings, injections, and fortnightly internal medicine consultations. In addition, the initiative includes discounts on diagnostic tests, health check-up packages, and inpatient department (IPD) services at Fortis Gurugram. Emergency ambulance services will be available to respond quickly to urgent medical needs, ensuring safety and timely care.
Sriram Mahadevan, CEO of SPRE and MD of Joyville Shapoorji Housing, said the company aims to create homes that prioritize residents' health and well-being. He added that partnering with Fortis allows healthcare services to become an integral part of daily living within these communities. Yashpal Singh Rawat, Facility Director of FMRI, highlighted that the collaboration is designed to make healthcare more accessible and community-focused. With experienced doctors and nurses managing the centres, the partnership emphasizes preventive care, convenience, and support for residents' overall health.
SPRE, which has a development potential exceeding 130 million square feet, operates in Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Gurugram, and Kolkata. This partnership with FMRI demonstrates a growing trend in real estate where developers integrate healthcare into residential communities, ensuring residents have both comfort and essential medical support close to home.
