HouseEazy, a platform for resale homes, has raised INR 150 crore in a Series B funding round led by Accel, with participation from existing investors Chiratae Ventures and Antler. The company stated that the funds will support technology development, geographic expansion, brand growth, and an enhanced range of services to meet growing consumer demand.
Founded by Tarun Sainani and Deepak Bhatia, HouseEazy was created to provide Indian homeowners a reliable, one-stop solution for buying and selling homes. Bhatia explained that the company focuses on trust, speed, and convenience to simplify the home ownership journey.
Over the past three years, HouseEazy has facilitated transactions for over 2,500 homeowners, with properties valued at more than INR 2,000 crore. Sainani mentioned that the new funding will enable expansion into additional cities and allow the company to explore adjacent business opportunities within the real estate sector.
Currently operational in Noida, Ghaziabad, and Gurugram, HouseEazy has developed a network of more than 4,000 channel partners. The company is planning to enter other Tier-1 markets, including Pune, Mumbai, and Bengaluru, leveraging its existing network and technology platform. In its previous funding round, completed last year, HouseEazy had raised USD 7 million from investors.
The company's model reflects a growing demand in India's resale housing market for transparent, organized, and technology-driven services. By strengthening its presence and expanding to new regions, HouseEazy aims to make property transactions faster, safer, and more efficient for consumers and partners alike.
