Somesh Mittal, Co-Founder of One Prastha, highlighted that demand for residential plots in Sonipat has grown significantly due to improved connectivity with Delhi and Gurugram and ongoing infrastructure development. Aditya Goel, Co-Founder, added that the funding is not merely debt but strategic growth capital. He noted that it will help the company execute the current project efficiently, expand the township's scale, and acquire additional land for future development.
The funds will be used to enhance project development, strengthen infrastructure, and expand residential plots and community spaces, reflecting the company's focus on creating a well-planned township. One Prastha Realty LLP, established in 2023, has been steadily expanding its footprint in the northern Haryana region, building residential projects that cater to rising urban demand.
