Proptech company Micro Mitti is set to invest around INR 400 crore to develop a 30-acre green township project in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The township, named Madhuvan Township, will comprise 465 villas and is designed to prioritize health and wellness alongside modern residential living. The estimated total development cost for the project is between INR 350 crore and INR 400 crore.
The founder and CEO, Manoj Dhanotiya, highlighted that the project aims to shift the traditional real estate approach in India, where location, cost, and size have been the primary measures of value. He stated that with Madhuvan, health and well-being will take precedence, reflecting a growing demand for healthier living spaces among residents.
Micro Mitti, founded in 2023, focuses on providing investors access to high-quality institutional-grade real estate assets. The company aims to democratize real estate investment by allowing smaller investors to participate in projects that traditionally required large capital commitments.
