Inox Wind Ltd has received a 100 MW turbine supply order from a major green-energy transition platform for its projects in Gujarat. The order includes supplying 3.3 MW wind turbines, limited-scope Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) services, and long-term Operations and Maintenance (O&M) support after commissioning. The company recently secured 229 MW of additional orders, taking its total order inflow in FY26 to nearly 400 MW. Inox Wind, part of the INOXGFL Group, operates four manufacturing facilities across Gujarat, Himachal Pradesh, and Madhya Pradesh.
Inox Wind Ltd announced that it has secured a 100 MW equipment-supply order from a leading green-energy transition platform for wind projects being developed in Gujarat. Under the agreement, the company will supply its advanced 3.3 MW wind turbine generators (WTGs) and provide limited-scope Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) services. The company will also handle multi-year Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services once the turbines are commissioned, ensuring long-term operational efficiency for the customer's projects.
Chief Executive Officer Sanjeev Agarwal stated that the 100 MW order was received from a new customer, and the company expects to receive several additional orders in the near term. He mentioned that this order builds upon Inox Wind's recent achievement of securing 229 MW of projects from existing and new customers, bringing the total order inflow in FY26 to around 400 MW so far. Agarwal added that the company is currently finalising multiple other orders, which will help maintain its execution pipeline and meet its order-book targets for the next 18-24 months. He also highlighted that India's hybrid renewable-energy segment is witnessing strong growth, offering promising opportunities for wind-energy players.
Inox Wind's 3 MW turbine series supports a total manufacturing capacity of 2.5 GW per annum. Its subsidiary, Inox Green Energy Services Ltd, is India's only listed pure-play renewable O&M services company, managing and investing in assets totalling around 12.5 GW. The company is part of the diversified INOXGFL Group, which has key interests in chemicals and renewable energy. It operates four manufacturing facilities located in Gujarat, Himachal Pradesh, and Madhya Pradesh.
Through its other subsidiary, Inox Renewable Solutions (previously Resco Global Wind Services Pvt Ltd), the company provides EPC solutions for wind-energy projects and develops essential shared infrastructure such as power-evacuation systems and substations for renewable installations. Together, these capabilities enable Inox Wind to offer end-to-end solutions across the wind-energy value chain, strengthening its position in India's growing renewable sector.
