91Springboard, one of India's leading workspace solutions providers, has launched two new hubs in Mumbai and Gurugram, adding approximately 1,00,000 sq.ft. of premium office space. These new centers, the eighth in Mumbai and tenth in Gurugram, are designed to serve Global Capability Centers, large enterprises, MSMEs, and late-stage startups. Both hubs are expected to be operational by the next quarter.

This year, 91Springboard has added around half a million sq.ft. of workspace and aims to add another million by the end of the fiscal year, demonstrating a strong pan-India growth trajectory. Alongside the new Mumbai and Gurugram hubs, the company has recently launched hubs in Pune, Delhi, and entered Chennai with its first facility at Etica Malar. Notable recent launches include Corporate Avenue and Kalina in Mumbai, Baner in Pune, Prius Platinum in Saket, Delhi, and Magnum Global Park and Building 6, DLF Cyber City in Gurugram.

The Mumbai hub, located at Hiranandani LightHall in Andheri East, spans around 40,000 sq.ft. It offers businesses Grade A office infrastructure with high-speed connectivity, eco-friendly design, 24x7 security, valet parking, and zones for collaboration and focused work. Its location within Hiranandani Business Park ensures proximity to the Western Express Highway, Mumbai International Airport, and Powai, a thriving commercial district. Public transport access is strong, with Sakinaka Metro Station 1.3 km away and nearby bus stops, while Andheri and Ghatkopar railway stations are approximately 5 km away.

The Gurugram hub at DLF World Trade Park, covering around 60,000 sq.ft., is strategically positioned along the NH-48 corridor in Sector 30. This Grade A campus is near key commercial zones and leading technology companies. It is about 15 km from Delhi International Airport and 2.5 km from HUDA City Centre Metro Station. The hub is surrounded by gyms, eateries, multiplexes, five-star hotels, malls, and hospitals within a 0.5-2 km radius, making it one of the city's most connected and vibrant business locations.

Anshu Sarin, CEO of 91Springboard, said the new hubs reflect the company's commitment to supporting organizations adopting hybrid and agile work models. She emphasized that productive workspaces should drive innovation, enable collaboration, and foster community, with 91Springboard continuing to set benchmarks in adaptability and workplace experience.

With these additions, 91Springboard now operates 43 hubs across nine cities, including Bengaluru, Delhi, Goa, Gurugram, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Noida, Chennai, and Pune. Its portfolio exceeds 1.64 million sq.ft., catering to diverse business needs through two key offerings: ready-to-use private suites and flexible seating, and customized, built-to-suit offices. This approach allows businesses to access scalable, cost-effective solutions at both value and premium price points.

91Springboard's network serves over 31,000 desks across sectors such as IT, Fintech, EdTech, Logistics, Media, Tourism, Healthcare, Fashion, Handicrafts, and E-commerce. The company also leverages a mobile app to enhance member experience, ensuring seamless workspace management. Its facilities continue to support large enterprises, startups, MSMEs, and freelancers, combining flexibility, scale, and location advantages across all stages of business growth.
